# AI agent library

Browse the ready-made agents and import them into your workspace.

The agents in the library are organized by team and by agent type.

## Open the library

From the "AI Agents" section, click "Browse Library".

Use the search bar or the team sections to find the agent that fits your need.

## Import an agent

1. Open the agent in the library.
2. Click "Import Agent".
3. Choose its visibility: public or private.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Public or private: what is the difference?**

* Only admins can import a public agent.
* A public agent applies to every user's calls, and its output is visible to the whole team.
* A private agent applies only to your own calls and cannot sync to the CRM.
  {% endhint %}

What to expect: the agent appears in the "AI Agents" section of your workspace, reachable from the left menu. You manage and configure your public and private agents in that section.
