# Analytics

Track how Praiz is used in your company: recorded volume, video and phone share, activity per user.

This page is not about the content of your conversations, but about how the platform is used. For content, see [Insights](/query-and-analyze/insights.md).

## Read the page

1. Open "Analytics" in the left menu.
2. Choose the period. Filter by team ("Teams") or by user ("Users") if needed.

| Block          | What it shows                                                            |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Total duration | Total recorded duration, with the video / VoIP split                     |
| Total calls    | Number of calls, with the video / VoIP split                             |
| Visio share    | Share of video meetings in the total                                     |
| Active users   | Users with at least one call over the period                             |
| Monthly trend  | Monthly bar chart video / VoIP, in hours ("Hours") or in calls ("Calls") |
| Usage by user  | Table per user: calls, video / VoIP split, total duration                |

## Export

Click "Export CSV" to download the per-user table for the chosen period.
