# Filters and search

Find a call, a passage of a transcript or a value your agents extracted.

Praiz gives you several ways to find a conversation: global search, filters, search inside a transcript, tags and playlists.

## Global search

Open search with Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows), or from the "Search" field at the top of the left menu. It searches call titles, users, teams, tags, contacts and accounts. The "Search … in transcript" option runs the search inside transcript content.

## Filter the call list

The filters are shown at the top of the home page, below the title. They stack:

| Filter | What it does |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Teams | Calls from the members of one or more teams |
| Users | Calls from one or more users |
| Tags | Calls carrying a tag |
| Title | A word in the call title |
| Account | Calls attached to a company |
| Contact | Calls with a given contact |
| Source | Video meeting, phone, mobile app |
| Transcript | A word or phrase in the transcript |
| Duration | A minimum or maximum length |
| Date | A period |
| Agent applied | Calls where a given agent extracted values |
| Agent field | Calls where a given agent field has a given value |
| Meeting | "Internal" or "External". With no choice, all calls are shown. |

Each filter opens when you click it. Make your choices, then click "Apply". "Clear filters" resets the filter.

What to expect: the list shows only the calls that meet every filter. The filters stay visible as you navigate. Each time you land on the home page, the list is shown unfiltered, unless you have set a default view (see below). The "Filters" button at the top right hides or shows the bar; the two buttons to its left switch between list and grid view.

## Save a view

A view is a set of filters saved under a name, so you can bring it back in one click.

1. Apply your filters on the home page.
2. Click "Save view" and give the view a name, for example "My team, video, 30 days".

What to expect: the view appears under "Saved views", at the top of the home page, and one click applies it. In the save window, tick "Open this view by default when I arrive on the Home" so it applies each time you land on the home page (it then carries the "Default view" badge), and "Keep the period rolling (last 7/30/90 days)" to keep a rolling period. From the view's "View options" menu: "Set as default view" or "Remove default view", "Rename" renames it, "Delete" removes it. A view can include an "Agent field" filter. Your views are visible to you only.

## Search inside a transcript

From a call page, open the "Transcript" tab. The search field finds a word or a phrase. The video jumps to the matching passage.

## Tags

A tag is a label you put on a call by hand. You can then find the call with the "Tags" filter or global search.

* Add a tag: on the call page, "Information" tab, "Add tag…" field.
* Manage the workspace tags: "Settings", "Tags" tab (create with "New tag", rename, delete).

## Playlists

A playlist groups calls you pick by hand: best prospecting calls, onboardings, reference calls to train a new joiner. Playlists are listed in the left menu.

* Add a call: on the call page, click "Add to a playlist" at the top right, then choose an existing playlist or "Create a new playlist".
* Rename a playlist or remove a call from it: contact support from the chat.
