# Can I import a video or export my data?

What goes in and out of Praiz: existing videos, transcripts, full exports.

Praiz does not import existing video or audio files. Exports are done from a call page, through the MCP server, or on request for a full export.

## Import a video or an audio file

File import is not offered. To record a conversation that is not scheduled in your calendar:

* over video, send the bot with "[Call the Bot](/capture-and-transcribe/record-your-conversations/call-the-bot.md)";
* in person, use the mobile app. See "[In person](/capture-and-transcribe/record-your-conversations/in-person.md)".

## Download a call or its transcript

1. Open the call.
2. At the top right, "⋮" menu, then "Download".

## Export an Insights report

From the report's tab, "Download as PDF" or CSV export of the table.

## Export all of your data

* For analysis by an AI tool, connect the "[MCP server](/query-and-analyze/mcp-server.md)": it gives access to all of your calls, transcripts and agent outputs.
* For a full export as a file (one row per call with metadata, video link and transcript), ask support for it from the chat. Download links remain valid for one year.
