# I can no longer see my team's videos

Recordings have disappeared from your view, or a call page does not display properly.

If you only see your own calls, private mode is probably on for your account or for the workspace.

## Private mode is on

In private mode, a private call is only visible to its owner and to the call's participants. An admin only sees it if they own it or took part in it. The setting is decided by your admins: ask them. See [Private mode](/administration/private-mode.md).

A specific call may also have been made private by its owner ("Set private"): the owner and the call's participants can access it. The owner can share it with you with the share button at the top right of the call.

In private mode, a colleague's public call does not appear on your home page, in your search or in your filters, but its direct link opens: ask the call's owner for it.

## You are not in the right workspace

Click the logo at the top left and choose your company's workspace.

## The video is with a colleague

When several colleagues who use Praiz attend the same meeting, only one bot comes and the video is attached to the organizer. Use the global search (Cmd+K) to find it.

## The page shows an error or has no sound

1. Update your browser and restart it.
2. Check that the tab is not muted (sound icon on the tab).
3. If the error persists, delete the site data for app.praiz.io in the browser settings, then sign in again.
