# I want to add the bot to a meeting that has already started

The meeting started without the bot, or the bot left: bring it in now.

There are two ways to send the bot into a meeting under way, depending on whether the meeting is in your calendar or not.

## The meeting is in your calendar

1. Open "Calendar".
2. On the meeting, click "Send bot now".

## The meeting is not in your calendar

1. In the left menu, click "Call the bot".
2. Paste the link of the Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex meeting.
3. Confirm.

What to expect: the bot joins the meeting within a minute and asks for permission to record. The host must admit it.

## The bot left during the meeting

The bot leaves the meeting when all participants have left, or when the invitation is changed during the call. Send it again with one of the two methods above. Recording resumes from the moment it comes back.
