# My notes don't show up in my CRM

Agent outputs do not appear in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or your other CRM.

For data to show up in the CRM, three conditions must be met: your account is connected to the CRM, an agent is set up to push to the CRM, and that agent applies to your calls.

## 1. Check the CRM connection

1. Open "Settings", "Integrations" tab.
2. Check that your CRM shows the green indicator. If not, click "Connect" and reconnect it.
3. Use the same email address in the CRM and in Praiz.

Each user connects their own CRM. An admin sees who is connected under "Users & Teams", "CRM Connection" column.

If two CRMs are connected at the same time, disconnect both, then reconnect only the right one.

If the connection fails, your CRM admin must grant you the necessary permissions.

## 2. Check that an agent pushes to the CRM

Nothing shows up as long as no agent has a field set up with "Push to CRM notes" or "Push field to CRM". See [CRM sync](/automate/crm-sync.md).

A private agent never pushes to the CRM: you need a public agent.

## 3. Check that the agent applies to your calls

The agent must target your team in its automation rules. See [My agent doesn't apply](/troubleshooting/my-agent-doesnt-apply-or-answers-in-the-wrong-language.md).

For one specific call, you can also send the outputs by hand with "Send to CRM" on the call page.

## The note is on the wrong deal

The contact is found by their email address, and the note is saved on the most recently updated open deal for that contact. A note that has already been pushed cannot be edited from Praiz.
